The Lenny Points Program

Lenny Points is a reward program exclusively for customers who purchase on LionelStore.com. One of the benefits of making a purchase at LionelStore.com is that you receive one Lenny Point for every dollar you spend. The great thing about Lenny Points is that the more points you accrue, the more rewards you receive. To track your Lenny Points, just log into your account right here at LionelStore.com. After logging in, you’ll see three separate Lenny Points balances, which are explained below:

Gift Card Lenny Points

Every time you reach 2500 Gift Card Lenny Points, you will be given a $25.00 gift card to use at LionelStore.com. Gift Card Lenny Points balances will accrue as purchases are made and will be reset to zero once reaching a balance of 2500 Gift Card Lenny Points. If you do not purchase within a year (12 months from your last purchase), your Gift Card Lenny Points balance will be reset to zero.

Annual Lenny Points

Annual Lenny Points determine your membership level (Engineer, Conductor and Trainmaster) and the benefits received. Lenny Points reset each calendar year and are only used to determine your membership status.

Lifetime Lenny Points

You’ll also maintain a Lifetime Lenny Points balance that will never reset and has specific rewards when you reach 100,000 Lifetime Lenny Points. No other benefits or rewards will be given out after a customer reaches the 100,000 Lifetime Lenny points level.

Once a customer reaches 100,000 Lifetime Lenny Points they will receive:

• $1000 LionelStore.com gift card
• Lifetime Trainmaster status
• A personalized letter from Lionel CEO, Howard Hitchcock
• A personalized boxcar from Lenny!
