How the Lionel E-Gift Certificate Program works

The Lionel E-Gift Certificate program allows you to send an e-gift certificate to anyone with a valid email address. Upon receipt the recipient will be able to redeem the e-gift certificate online at the Lionel Train Shop (http://www.lionelstore.com) for store credit that can then be used toward any future purchases at the Lionel Train Shop .  The e-gift certificate can only be used online at www.lionelstore.com and not at individual retail outlets.

E-gift certificates that you have purchased will be displayed within your 'My Lionel' account pages, you will be able to view the redemption status as well as resend any certificate if necessary.  Once you have purchased your e-gift certificate the next step is to email it to your recipient.  The E-gift certificate is not sent by Lionel by email or in paper form.  The e-gift certificate is not refundable and can only be used for available products in the Lionel Train Shop at www.lionelstore.com.
