Do you need to return an item?

To return an item that you purchased from LionelStore.com, please send an email to DirectSales@lionel.com that includes:

• Your invoice number
• The name and product number of the item you wish to return

Your request to return a product must be received within 60 days of placing your order. A Return Authorization Number will be sent to you via email.
