Sending and Redeeming Lionel E-Gift Certificates
- The Lionel E-Gift Certificate program allows you to send an E-Gift Certificate to anyone with a valid email address.
- Once you have purchased your E-Gift Certificate, the next step is to email it to your recipient. Please note the E-Gift Certificate is only sent by you. Lionel does not send the E-Gift Certificate either in email or in paper form.
- Upon receipt, the recipient will be able to redeem the e-gift certificate online toward any future purchases at LionelStore.com.
- The Lionel E-Gift Certificate can only be redeemed online at www.LionelStore.com.
- The Lionel E-Gift Certificate is not valid at retail outlets, including Authorized Lionel Dealers.
Managing Purchased Lionel E-Gift Certificates
- E-Gift Certificates that you have purchased will be displayed within your 'My Lionel' account pages.
- You will be able to view the redemption status, as well as resend any certificate if necessary.
- The E-Gift Certificate is not refundable and can only be used for available products at LionelStore.com.
